* Cut up cube steak into 1" strips in width & how ever long you like them. * Dip finger steaks into flour and then place in a frying pan or lg, log fryer, with EVOO or Cooking oil. Make sure there is enough oil that half of the seak is covered in it. * Season with your favorite seasoning. * Flip steaks when the bottem half starts to look grey. * Then season again. * Keep flipping unitl the outside gets to be a golden brown.
Dip in coctail sauce for best results ( use the home-made sauce ).

1 lb cube steak
Oil
Flour

Swiss Steak

1 envelope onion soup mix
2 15 oz cans tomato sauce
* Preheat oven 350
* Take both cans of tomato sauce an pour into a 8 x 12 baking pan
* Pour in onion soup mix & mix in well.
* Cover with foil
* Cook for 1 hr
