fishwinefish fry mix (any kind)Olive oil* Take fish & cut up into 1/2 in fillets* Place in a bowl & pour enough wine to cover the fillets* Then take the fish and dip into the fish fry mix ( a zip lock bag works well* Place enough oil in pan to cover 1/2 the fish* Place fish in oil & season will Season All* Fry for 5-8 min per side
